There are a few spots available at the self-defense workshops for Inter-, Trans-, Non Binary People and their Friends. Dates of the next workshops: 28.04, 12.05, 26.05 11:00-14:00. Self Defence for Inter, Trans and Non Binary People and their Friends

What can you expect? ▪️ a wheelchair-accessible training room ▪️ trainings held in English ▪️ trainers who are trans (some also non-binary) themselves

What can you learn? ▪️Effective self-defence methods for realistic scenarios that also work if you're not a bodybuilder ▪️freeing yourself from various holds ▪️Defending yourself against an array of kicks and punches ▪️Getting help and supporting each other in dangerous situations ▪️Scenarios and things that you specifically want to learn - there will always be time for feedback, questions and wishes.

Who can participate? ▪️all Inter, Trans- and Non Binary people and the friends they want to bring with them. ▪️regardless of prior knowledge, (Dis)Ability, or fitnesslevel

All trainers are trans and/or non-binary. We do our best to create a safer space for all participants and to take everyone's personal needs and possibilities into account.
