In this email follows a summary of what we have discussed in both of the last jour fixes.

08.11.2023

Attention: we are going to discuss specifics from Rundgang organisation on the jour fix at December 13th.

We would ask you all, for those interested, there is still place at the committees, which are: the wall committee and the party committee. If you are interested, please contact Ruby or Leandro.

The reading group took place on Thursday November 9th. For those interested in German learning, you are welcome to take part in the group, just bring a pencil and papers to make annotations.

Also, the names of those present will be collected, to be subscribed and granted ECTS as Workshop.

As for the presentations of works for the jour fixes, before the Christmas break the list is already full, but feel free to let us know that you want to present after this break.

The class will have available for the students plaster and paper. It will be installed in the studios in the next days/weeks.

We remind you that, for the museums in Vienna, the price of tickets are really high, but we have other alternatives, such as Hunger auf Kultur. Please if you need assistance requiring some of this passes, please contact Ruby or Leandro.

Concerning Rundgang: the studios spaces and storage must be cleaned/cleared. This cleaning has to be done by the students.

This cleaning/clearing must be done, once the class is gonna receive new students and Erasmus students, and we have to keep a fair division of the studio space amongst students.

We plan that part of the storage, we will arrange a “recycling” materials storage, which mean that if you have painting, canvases, papers and any other materials that you do not use, to be available for those who wish to use it.

in dieser E-Mail folgt eine Zusammenfassung dessen, was wir in den beiden letzten Jour Fixes besprochen haben.

Achtung: wir werden auf dem Jour Fixe am 13. Dezember Besonderheiten der Organisation Rundgang besprechen.

Wir möchten euch alle bitten, für Interessierte gibt es noch Plätze in den Komitees, die da wären: das Wandkomitee und das Partykomitee. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch bitte bei Ruby oder Leandro.

Der Lesekreis fand am Donnerstag, den 9. November statt. Wer sich für das Erlernen der deutschen Sprache interessiert, ist herzlich eingeladen, an der Gruppe teilzunehmen. Bringen Sie einfach einen Stift und Papier mit, um Notizen zu machen. Außerdem werden die Namen der Anwesenden gesammelt, um sie einzutragen und ECTS als Workshop zu erhalten.

Was die Präsentationen der Arbeiten für die jour fixes betrifft, so ist die Liste vor der Weihnachtspause bereits voll, aber Sie können uns gerne mitteilen, dass Sie nach dieser Pause präsentieren möchten.

Die Klasse wird Gips und Papier für die Student*innen zur Verfügung haben. Sie werden in den nächsten Tagen/Wochen in den Studios installiert.

Wir erinnern Sie daran, dass die Eintrittspreise für die Museen in Wien sehr hoch sind, aber wir haben andere Alternativen, wie Hunger auf Kultur. Wenn Sie Hilfe bei der Beschaffung dieser Karten benötigen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ruby oder Leandro.

Was den Rundgang betrifft: Die Studios und das Lager müssen gereinigt/aufgeräumt werden. Diese Reinigung muss von den Student*innen durchgeführt werden. En este correo electrónico sigue un resumen de lo que hemos discutido en las dos últimas jornadas.

Atención: vamos a discutir los detalles de la organización Rundgang en el jour fix del 13 de diciembre.

Os pedimos a todos, para los interesados, que todavía hay sitio en los comités, que son: el comité del muro y el comité del partido. Si estás interesado, ponte en contacto con Ruby o Leandro.

El grupo de lectura tuvo lugar el jueves 9 de noviembre. Para aquellos interesados en aprender alemán, son bienvenidos a participar en el grupo, sólo traigan un lápiz y papeles para hacer anotaciones. Además, se recogerán los nombres de los asistentes, para suscribirlos y concederles ECTS como Taller.

En cuanto a las presentaciones de trabajos para las jornadas fijas, antes de las vacaciones de Navidad la lista ya está completa, pero no dudes en comunicarnos que quieres presentar después de estas vacaciones.

La clase tendrá a disposición de los alumnos yeso y papel. Se instalará en los estudios en los próximos días/semanas.

Os recordamos que, para los museos de Viena, el precio de las entradas es realmente elevado, pero tenemos otras alternativas, como Hunger auf Kultur. Por favor, si necesitas ayuda para adquirir alguno de estos pases, ponte en contacto con Ruby o Leandro.

Con respecto a Rundgang: los espacios de los estudios y el almacén deben ser limpiados/despejados. Esta limpieza debe ser realizada por los estudiantes. Esta limpieza/despeje debe hacerse, una vez que la clase va a recibir nuevos estudiantes y estudiantes Erasmus, y tenemos que mantener una justa división del espacio de estudio entre los estudiantes.

Planeamos que parte del almacenamiento, vamos a organizar un almacenamiento de materiales de "reciclaje", lo que significa que si usted tiene pintura, lienzos, papeles y cualquier otro material que no utilice, para estar disponible para aquellos que deseen utilizarlo.
