Dears, this Rundgang was very intense. Some of you already communicated with us and some of you received emails regarding the work spaces. Let’s handle it together. Regarding cleaning up second floor: Tomash and I will support you from Wednesday onwards together. Then also everything that is locked up in 216 will be reachable. We will also soon send you information regarding the summer semester, just a short note on the start of summer semester: the first Jour Fix will be on Wedenesday, 06.03.2024, 3-6pm in room 116. Excursion to Venice

Dear studio, as we are planning the upcoming semester we are glad to announce that we received funding for an excursion going to Venice. As Alice and Andreas are still in their residency till end of March we are happy to visit Venice and have an art history spree as well as hands on drawing and documentation - and not just the Biennial. We would specifically ask those of you to join who are newer to the studio and haven’t experienced yet an excursion. We will cover the train ride and overnight stay. The excursion will take place from 19.-23.03.2024. Please, let us know till 23.01. whether you would like to join as we need to book. We have money for approx. 20 students. [SPAM?] NEUE RÄUME UND AUFRÄUMEN

Liebe alle, am Freitag sind wir – Ruby, Tomash, Andreas, Alice – durch die Räume gegangen, um zu sehen, wie wir mehr Platz für alle machen können. Wie ihr ja am besten wisst, ist der Müll und die vielen Stellwände ein großes Problem, das den ohnehin knappen Raum noch kleiner macht. Hinzu kommen die vielen gelagerten Sachen, von denen wir teilweise nicht wissen, wem sie gehören. Oft ist kein Name drauf. Bitte klebt Zettel mit euren Namen auf die gelagerten Sachen bis zum 21. Januar. Danach werden alle nicht beschrifteten Sachen (auch Kunstwerke) entsorgt. Um mehr Platz zu schaffen, werden wir auch die Spinde verschieben. Die Spinde, die zugeschlossen sind und die keinen Namen haben, werden wir aufbrechen und ausräumen. Wir werden mit euch sehr intensiv über Stellwände sprechen. Oft sind sie störend und nehmen viel Platz weg. Wir finden auch, dass es in jedem Raum nur ein Sofa geben soll. PLATZVERTEILUNG Viele hatten im letzten Semester nicht genug Platz. Hier kommen unsere Vorschläge, wie Plätze besser verteilt werden können. Lasst uns sprechen! Co-working Wir denken, dass es einige unter euch gibt, die nicht sehr oft in den Räumen sind oder sein können, aber doch gerne präsent dort sind. Dann werden die Arbeitsplätze oft verwildert oder einfach ohne Absprachen übernommen. Deswegen denken wir, dass Arbeitsplatz Sharing eine gute Idee ist. Wir würden gerne geschützte Co-working Plätze einrichten, in denen auch für Leute, die nicht regelmäßig da sind, eine kontinuierliche Arbeitsatmosphäre möglich ist. Es gibt dann einen oder mehrere große Tische und Spinde/Regale zum Wegräumen, wenn ihr wieder eine Zeit lang nicht mehr da seid. Wir denken dafür an den Raum 217 b und teilweise an die Galerie in 219. Der Co-working space kann auch was für die Master- und Lehramtsstudierenden sein. Jetzt zu den einzelnen Räumen. 221 Aklima, du bist in deinem letzten Semester und bereitest dich auf dein Diplom vor. Deswegen ist der Platz zum Malen wichtig. Trotzdem muss du dich ein bisschen reduzieren, weil wir noch andere Maler_innen unterbringen möchten in Raum 221. Ist das Sofa notwendig? Die linke Stellwand sollte entweder verschwinden oder einige Meter nach links rücken. Daniel, Sarah, Marianne und Lia C. können in den Co-working space gehen, zum besseren und konzentrierten Arbeiten. Lyan und Lilli könnten diesen neuen Raum in 221 nutzen zum Malen. SeulA, Hasti und Aklima bitte denkt nach über eure Stellwand Situation. Sie verengt euren Arbeitsbereich unnötig. Denkt nach, wir ihr den Raum gemeinsam nutzen könnt. 219 Die Spinde sind schwierig, und könnten in die Nähe des kleinen Raumes kommen. Dima, du könntest einen Platz im Co-working Space haben. Francis, du könntest deinen Platz ausweiten bis zu Dimas Platz. Jovan und Lara, ihr könntet die Mitte des Raumes als Arbeitsplatz haben, vielleicht mit Stellwänden. Francis hast du nun mehr Platz 219 upstairs Mathea und Max bleiben, und Alex könnte in 217 upstairs gehen, um einen größeren Raum zu haben (den Raum von Mario). Mario, du könntest immer noch einen Platz in den Co-working Räumen haben. Konstantin, du bleibst auf deinem Platz. Auf der ganzen Ebene gibt es einen zweiten Co-Working Space – vielleicht etwas für Teresa, Heide, Kanako, Stefan E., Marie Luise und andere. 217 upstairs Luiza and Andre bleiben. Lilly Theilen geht zum Ort von Stefan und Marie Luise, Ziliia bleibt, Alex geht zu Mario. Think about the Stellwände… 217 downstairs Kim Kyungha (Lily) geht zu 221. Maryam bleibt. Yu Guo bekommt den Platz von Lily. Weng Fei du bekommst die Wand an der Treppe. Braucht ihr unbedingt die vielen Stellwände? Die Spinde gehen zu einem anderen Ort, oder sie werden entsorgt. Vivi bleibt at her place. Maide und Milli gehen nach 215. Haleh und Neda come to 217 next to Maryam. In der Mitte sind zwei Tische frei, für Co-Working und wenn Lia Q. zurückkommt. 215 Carli, Braidy, Amanda, Val bleiben. Ju, du musst etwas kleiner werden. Es wäre schön, wenn die Wasserstelle zugänglich wäre. Maide and Milli kommen als neue zu dem Platz von Dominik. The lockers that are locked and have no name will be broken open and cleared out. We will talk to you very intensively about partition walls. They often get in the way and take up a lot of space. We also think that there should only be one sofa in each room. SPACE ALLOCATION Co-working We think that there are some of you who are not or cannot be in the rooms very often, but still like to be there. In this case, the workstations are often left to run wild or simply taken over without prior agreement. That's why we think workplace sharing is a good idea. We would like to set up protected co-working spaces where a continuous working atmosphere is also possible for people who are not there regularly. There would be one or more large tables and lockers/shelves to put away if you are not there for a while. We are thinking of room 217 b and partly of the gallery in 219. The co-working space could also be something for Master's and teacher training students. Now to the individual rooms. Many people didn't have enough space last semester. Here are our suggestions on how space can be better distributed. Let's discuss! 221 Aklima, you are in your last semester and are preparing for your diploma. That's why the space for painting is important. Nevertheless, you have to reduce your space a little because we want to accommodate other painters in room 221. Is the sofa necessary? The partition on the left should either disappear or move a few metres to the left. Daniel, Sarah, Marianne and Lia C. can go to the co-working space for better and more concentrated work. Francis, you now have more space 219 upstairs Mathea and Max stay, and Alex could go upstairs to have a bigger space (Mario's space). Mario, you could still have a space in the co-working rooms. Konstantin, you stay in your space. There is a second co-working space on the whole level - maybe something for Teresa, Heide, Kanako, Stefan E., Marie Luise and others. 217 upstairs Luiza and Andre stay. Lilly Theilen goes to Stefan and Marie Luise's place, Ziliia stays, Alex goes to Mario. Think about the movable walls... 217 downstairs Kim Kyungha (Lily) goes to 221, Maryam stays. Hallo alle zusammen, für die Timeline haben sich zu wenige gemeldet. Es ist einfach zu viel und zu knapp in der Zeit. Aber wir werden nicht aufgeben und die Timeline nächstzes SEmester beginnen. Ich freue mich jetzt schon darauf. Ohhhhhh, und dann haben wir so viel mehr PLatz zum Aufhängen. Also Bilder Raus!!! Bis Montag , wir sind so zwischen 10 und 11 da und freuen uns schon aufs Weitermachen.... Too few people have registered for the timeline. There's just too much to do and too little time. But we won't give up and will start the timeline next Semester. I'm already looking forward to it. Ohhhhhh, and then we'll have so much more space to hang them up. So paintings, drawings, and anything else out of the storage!!! See you Monday we'll be there between 10 and 11 and are already looking forward to continuing.... Muy poca gente se ha inscrito para Timeline. Hay demasiado que hacer y demasiado poco tiempo en el Rundgang. Pero no nos rendiremos y empezaremos la línea de tiempo el próximo SEmester. Ya lo estoy deseando. Ohhhhhh, y entonces tendremos mucho más espacio para colgarlas. Así que ¡¡¡pinturas mas arte fuera!!! Nos vemos el lunes nosotros estaremos entre las 10 y las 11 y ya estamos deseando continuar....
