Dear Everyone!

We hope you are all doing great! 

Summer is coming and our Summer Showing is soon ; ))

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, May 11th at MQ.

We start at 10:00.

We will rehearse, with all your great performances on stage!

Please be in time. 

Everybody who performs on June 17th has to be there this upcoming Tuesday.

We will go through everything on stage and also will

decide on a ❗LINE UP❗ all together.

MUSIC:

- ❗PLEASE SEND US ALL YOUR MUSIC TRACK UNTIL MONDAY via MAIL.

- what other technical needs do you have: mic, props (table, chair etc...) 

This is really important to know by Tuesday. Thank you ;)

some explinations:

Monday: will be without Carola, Andrea and Stefanie.

STILL please subscribe so there are no double bookings and you all have a spot to rehearse on the stage. 

Tuesday: We will rehearse within the classmeeting and fix a Line Up

Wednesday: We are there for rehearsals (subscribe for the google drive link for rehearsals ;)

Thursday: We are there for rehearsals (subscribe for the google drive link for rehearsals)

Friday: The stage is not accessible, but you can either reherase in S21a or at an other spot in MQ just like we did today :)

SOME ORGANIZATIONAL THINGS:

.) AFTER THE SUMMER SHOWING:

+ If there will be someone who wants to Dj after the showing.  Music is possible till 22:00.

Please also talk among each other to make schedule for the Dj line.

.) Documentation:

There will be someone who is making pictures - but no one who is filming. Maybe you can support one another with that.

.) Poster:

Please send how you want to be mentioned to: - deadline 8. Juni morning.
