Please put your name, type of contribution, a short descriptive text, a title (if you have one), and your social medias in the list. We/MQ needs these infos in order to be able to announce the evening online:

The most important thing is that you put your name in the list in case you would like to participate (or erase your name in case you changed your mind).
Some other deadlines/dates are:
May 23.: Deadline for filling out the equipment columns
May 24, 11am.: Meeting with technician at the summer stage in MQ
